Introduction to Smart Body classes II

This four week series is a continuation from the Intro to Smart Body class I.  Here we continue to broaden our understanding of ourselves and how the habits we have can limit us in many ways.  We will explore how mindful movement and skilled attention can give us more choices in the way we move, allowing us to experience greater vitality and enjoyment in daily life.  Lessons will include exploration of of how things integrate with one another to facilitate easy, efficient movement.
